Praktische informatie:

• Important: Before arriving at the Foyer, where the guide will wait for you, you must collect your access badge at the reception desk in the City Hall (on the left in the entrance hall, on the Grote Markt side). Report there 15 minutes before the given starting time of your guided tour. The receptionist will check your ticket, write down your first name and surname, and give you the access badge. Make sure to arrive on time!
• Please note: no extra ticket sales on site.
• Backpacks, shopping bags, large handbags, drinking bottles, wet coats and umbrellas are not permitted inside but can be deposited in the cloakroom before the start of the tour.
• This guided tour is only available in Dutch.
• This is a public tour: you will join a guide together with other participants until the maximum number of participants (20) has been reached.
